Anbumani Ramadoss concerned about Vijay's health

PMK leader Dr Anbumani Ramadoss, the man who birthed the Vijay-Sarkar smoking controversy has issued a clarification regarding his intentions.
“I don’t want Vijay to suffer any health issues. That’s why I am against the concept. Many people are saying that I am attacking Vijay because he is a Tamilian. That doesn’t make sense because I am a Tamilian myself. I want Vijay to live a healthy life, and the same holds true for his fans. If someone is to get cancer due to excessive smoking, we all will be worried right? This is only for the benefit of others. There are no other ulterior motives,” he said.
He also declined actor Simbu’s invitation to debate the issue. “I don’t have to answer Simbu’s questions. I am ready to join a debate on the issue if Nadigar Sangam organizes one,” he remarked.
