Suriya’s role in Rocketry: The Nambi Effect revealed

Actor Suriya will be seen in a cameo in Madhavan’s debut directorial venture Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, a film based on the life and times of former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan. It is revealed now that Suriya will be seen in a character who will be engaged in interviewing the 77-year-old scientist and conversing about his life.
Suriya and Maddy who shared screen space in Mani Ratnam’s Aitha Ezhithu also share close bond in real life. It was only recently Madhavan announced that he has brought Simran, his co-star in films like Kannathil Mutthamittal and Parthaale Paravasam to essay Mrs Nambi Narayanan in the movie. The film marked the duo coming together after a gap of 17 years. Shah Rukh Khan will enact Surya’s portions in the Hindi version of the film.
