Prabhu Deva's high-octane stunts canned in China

Prabhu Deva essays a Kung Fu specialist in his upcoming flick Yung Mung Sung, directed by debutant MS Arjun. Lakshmi Menon, once busy as a star but went into oblivion, returns as his romantic pair. A period film set in the 1980s,  the movie was shot extensively in Kumbakonam, Pollachi, Andhra and Karnataka. Recently, important action blocks where Deva fights with the baddies were canned by Silva Master helming the affairs on specially erected sets in a town called Deng Leng in China.

Prabhakar, who played the Kalakeya king with menacing looks in Baahubali and talking in ‘Kilkili’ language, will be seen playing the antagonist in a character heading a sect and teaching stunts to students.

Thangar Bachchan, RJ Balaji, Ashwin , Kaali Venkat, Munishkanth, Marimuthu and Vidya are all part of the supporting cast.  Produced by Vasan Visual Ventures, the movie has RB Gurudev as cinematographer and Amrish will be composing the music.
