Kalyan Padala Lifts the Trophy; Thanuja Finishes as Runner-Up of BBT9

Kalyan Padala has emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss Telugu 9. He lifted the coveted trophy and took home Rs 35 lakh in cash, a brand-new Maruti Suzuki, and an additional Rs 5 lakh prize awarded by one of the show’s co-sponsors. Thanuja finished the season as the runner-up.
The finale episode was packed with twists, including several tempting cash offers made to the finalists. Demon Pavan chose to exit the show early, accepting a briefcase containing Rs 15 lakh to support his family.
As a result, the winner's final prize money was reduced from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 35 lakh. In the final round, both Kalyan and Thanuja were offered Rs 20 lakh to quit, but both refused the offer, choosing to see the competition through to the end.
The star-studded finale was graced by several celebrities, including Roshann Meka, Anaswara Rajan, Meka Srikanth, Naveen Polishetty, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ravi Teja, Ashika Ranganath, and Dimple Hayati, among others.
