Injured Mrunal Warns Dacoit: “Badla Legi!”

Noted actress Mrunal Thakur and Adivi Sesh team up as ex-lovers in the upcoming love-and-action saga Dacoit, directed by Shaneil Deo. Ever since its first glimpse was unveiled, the film has generated strong buzz for its intriguing premise.

Currently, production work is underway in Hyderabad, with both Mrunal Thakur and Adivi Sesh actively participating in the shoot. Adding fuel to the anticipation, Mrunal shared a striking on-location still alongside Sesh, sporting visible bruises on her forehead. Captioning the photo, she warned: “Sabka badla legi JULIET!” — hinting at the storm brewing in the film’s narrative.

In the earlier-released teaser, Sesh’s character is seen referring to Mrunal as Juliet, suggesting a complicated past and a plot centered around revenge between former lovers.

The raw, rugged visuals and emotionally charged glimpses have already piqued fans’ curiosity.

Mrunal Thakur, who has already cemented her place in Tollywood with successful films like Sita Ramam and Hi Nanna, is keen to bounce back after the underwhelming response to The Family Star. Dacoit appears to be the perfect project to reclaim her winning streak.
