Mumbai: On Wednesday, Benedict Cumberbatch, the ‘Sherlock Holmes’ actor, was seen singing ‘Comfortably Numb’ along with former Pink Floyd singer and guitarist David Gilmour at the Royal Albert Hall in London. It was one of the five shows Gilmour will be performing at at the London venue to promote his 2015 album ‘Rattle The Lock’.

The English actor, who is not new to music, had sung rather conversationally the opening lines of the song before David took over. Benedict was welcomed with encouraging roar from the crowd.

In 2013, Cumberbatch had recorded a song titled ‘Can’t Keep It Inside’ along with musicians like Kings of Leon and Bon Iver.
