Orlando Bloom as Legolas? never!

Even as Lord of the Rings TV show premiers on Amazon Prime, Orlando Bloom, who’d played Legolas in 2014’s The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, simultaneously promotes another Amazon show Carnival Row with Cara Delevinge.

Debuting on August 30, Carnival Row is a fantasy show about magical creatures, with Cara playing a faerie and Orlando, a human detective struggling to coexist with humans. When asked recently if he’d like to be a part of Amazon’s Lord of the Rings, Eonline says, Orlando said, “I mean, I like to think of myself as ageless, but I don’t know where I would fit in that world...They’ve probably got a 19 year-old kid who’s playing that character now.” Cara, sitting beside, just went, “No! No!”
