Heather Locklear arrested

American actress Heather Locklear was arrested in California for felony domestic violence and battery on a cop. Her brother reported domestic violence to the cops. TMZ.com reported that she allegedly became combative and attacked a cop.  According to the 911 call, Heather’s brother came to her house and saw her and her boyfriend fighting. The boyfriend had a visible mark on him.
