Brittany Cartwright took facial injections

Vanderpump Rules star Brittany Cartwright admitted that she had work done on her face to alter her appearance and minimise the fat under her chin, reports DailyMail.co.uk.

The 29-year-old actress revealed this while responding to a fan via Instagram. The fan asked her, “Hey beautiful can you please share what you had done to your double chin? I saw a pic of you wearing a band over your head because I am looking to get cool sculpting (sic).” To which another replied, “I believe it was a kybella injection,” which Cartwright later confirmed.
