Dolly Parton's theme park sued for $2 million

A woman and her husband and two daughters said she suffered a compression fracture and assorted spinal injuries due to a mishap.

Dollywood Splash Country, a water park subsidiary of Dolly Parton’s Pigeon Forge, Tennessee theme park Dollywood, has been named in a $2 million suit a couple has filed claiming the park’s negligence had led to injuries.

A woman and her husband and two daughters said she suffered a compression fracture and assorted spinal injuries due to a mishap while she was on the raft ride RiverRush Water Coaster, TMZ has reported.
