Leonardo DiCaprio has been ordered to testify in a $15 million defamation suit filed by Andrew Greene, who used to work for Jordan Belfort – the character DiCaprio played in the 2013 film, The Wolf of Wall Street. Andrew filed the suit because he believes a supporting character played by P.J. Byrne – who played a drug-abusing criminal – is based on him and has shown him in the negative light, reported The Guardian.

“The motion picture’s scenes concerning Andrew Greene were false, defamatory and fundamentally injurious to Greene’s professional reputation, both as an attorney and as an investment banker/venture capitalist, as well as his personal reputation,” the suit read. Along with DiCaprio, Paramount Pictures was also named in the suit, according to CBS News.
