Carrie Underwood is back on the stage after injuries

After she suffered serious injuries back in November when she fell outside her home, Carrie Underwood has made a comeback. The singer broke her wrist and even hurt her face. She got almost 50 stitches to fix her face.

According to DailyMail.co.uk, before her performance at Sunday’s ACM Awards, the singer posted a full facial shot online. She looked like her old self in the image as she captioned it, “Had a great rehearsal.”

At the ACM Awards, Carrie performed her new song Cry Pretty and received a standing ovation.
