Dr Luke sues Kesha

The controversy around Kesha and Dr Luke is not taking a backseat anytime soon. In recent developments Dr Luke has spoken out after Kesha allegedly accused the producer of raping Katy Perry in a text she had sent to Lady Gaga, reports JustJared.com. This was revealed in the New york court documents that were previously sealed.

Dr Luke’s representatives have released a statement saying, “Katy Perry herself confirmed that Dr Luke did not rape her. Kesha’s accusation  on the contrary — just like her other outrageous lies about Dr Luke — is baseless and irresponsible, and it is disrespectful to both Katy Perry and Dr Luke. In his defamation lawsuit against Kesha, Dr Luke seeks damages for the harm caused by these malicious falsehoods.”
