Lindsay Lohan's friend Vikram Chatwal accused of burning dogs

Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan’s friend, Vikram Chatwal, reportedly tried to burn two dogs using a spray can and a lighter outside his apartment in New York City.

According to TMZ.com, the hotelier and socialite is under investigation by the New York Police Department. Vikram, who is known for his drug problems, wasn’t present at his apartment when the police had arrived. But a video was recorded earlier, in which Vikram is seen burning a dog.

The NYPD is looking for Vikram, and he could be arrested under reckless endangerment charge.
