The final episode of The Big Bang Theory will air on May 16. And although the series finale is still two months away, the cast is already getting all emotional about it. Soon after CBS announced the date for the last episode of the show, Kaley Cuoco, who plays the role of Penny, took to her Instagram Story and wrote, “I’m not crying you’re crying.”
Johnny Galecki, who plays Dr Leonard Hofstadter, shared a collage of photos of the cast, and captioned it, “273 episodes filmed. 26 days left on the Big Bang stage. 6 episodes to be filmed. 66 days until the 1 hour finale airs. All VERY surreal (sic).”
Kunal Nayyar and Mayim Bialik also posted the series finale poster on their respective Instagram Stories. The Big Bang Theory, which also stars Jim Parsons, Simon Helberg and Melissa Rauch, has been running on CBS since 2007.
