Carrie Underwood pens a letter for fans!
The singer gave fans an update about her face after she had 50 stitches post an accident.
On Tuesday, American Idol winner Carrie Underwood shared an update on her website, announcing that she’s “healing pretty nicely” — and that she has a new single and album on the way, reports JustJared.com.
“My wrist is almost back to normal, about 90 per cent here,” she wrote in her letter to fans, adding, “And my face has been healing pretty nicely as well. I definitely feel more like myself than I have in a while.” She added that her period of “forced relaxation” has had the silver lining of giving her time to spend with her son Isaiah and her hockey player-husband, Mike Fisher, who recently came out of retirement to play for the Nashville Predators.
Meanwhile, the Smoke Break crooner will perform her upcoming single at the 2018 ACM Awards on Sunday, April 15, reports USWeekly.com.
