Cardi B slams haters

Cardi B has very boldly been setting her records straight on all the rumours claiming she doesn’t write her own lyrics.

E! News has reported that the rapper on Thursday took to Twitter to address her haters, particularly one user who questioned how she had managed to make it to the Billboard Top 100 Songwriters charts. “Because I do write a lot of my s***, that’s the thing,” she said.

“Yes, just like every other artist, I do have a few writers, who help with hooks, but I’ve written plenty of songs on my album, especially my mixtape,” she added.

The 26-year-old has overcome a great deal to get where she is now, so by no means does she intend to stop. She recently put out her latest single “Press” and is anticipated to drop her second studio album later this year.
