Drishyam 3 Release Timeline Revealed: Malayalam Debut in April, Hindi Version to Follow

The third installment of the Drishyam franchise is officially headed to the big screen. Director Jeethu Joseph confirmed the news during a recent private event in Kochi.
Reflecting on the franchise's legacy, Joseph stated: "Drishyam is a film that has deeply influenced many people, and I still feel that impact myself. Without setting expectations too high, you can look forward to seeing the movie in theaters during the first week of April. An official release date will be announced soon."
The Malayalam original is scheduled for release in early April 2026. Fans of the Hindi franchise won’t have to wait much longer, as Drishyam 3 (Hindi) is slated for the second half of 2026. Panorama Studios holds the rights for the Hindi adaptation, with Abhishek Pathak—who directed the Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer Drishyam 2—returning to the director's chair. Meanwhile, the Telugu version is reportedly still in the pre-production phase.
The upcoming sequel will see the return of the core cast, including Meena and Ansiba Hassan, as the gripping saga of the Georgekutty family continues.
