Hilarious! SRK, the sarcasm king strikes again, asks Alia to read newspapers!
Seems like SRK's witty side got the better of his polite persona and Alia had to face the brunt of it.
Mumbai: Do you all remember Alia’s Prithviraj Chauhan fiasco at ‘Koffee With Karan’ last season? Of course yes and so does Shah Rukh Khan! Now, we all know that ‘Dear Zindagi’ co-stars Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan are KJo’s first guests on the fifth instalment of his popular celebrity chat show. And if excerpts are to be trusted, Alia is on the verge of crying.
In a clip from the episode, SRK was asked what he would do if he woke up as Alia Bhatt, to which the superstar jokingly said ‘I would read newspapers in the morning’.
If you thought Khan spared close friend Karan Johar, then you are mistaken. When Karan asked what kept SRK from appearing on his show last season, Shah Rukh snobbishly said, “That’s because I wanted the show’s TRP to go down”.
Alia was seen saying ‘I want to cry right now’ and ‘people change on this couch’ because of SRK’s endless jibes on her.
This sure sounds fun!
