Neha Sharma's sister Aisha lost Chanda Mama because of her history with Sushant?
The film could have proved to be THE turning point in the starlet's life had personal differences not come in between.
Mumbai: Although Sushant Singh Rajput’s reel life love story spanning over two lifetimes-- Raabta-- with Kriti Sanon, tanked at the box office, the ‘MS Dhoni’ hitmaker has some really interesting projects upcoming up and one of them is Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan’s sci-fi film ‘Chanda Mama Door Ke’.
Recently, there were rumours of actress Neha Sharma’s model sister Aisha playing Sushant’s love interest in the movie but the aspiring actress denied it.
Some reports also suggest that Aisha was dropped from the film as the lead actor did not want to work with his alleged ex-flame and upset his rumoured (current) ladylove Kriti Sanon.
An insider told DNA, “There have been rumours of Sushant and Aisha dating in the past, which hasn’t gone down well with Kriti Sanon, who is in a relationship with her Raabta hero. Even Sushant doesn’t want to upset his bae, so Aisha will have to wait for her Bollywood debut."
The length of the role, which is rumoured to be of mere 10 minutes, is also a reason behind actresses like Fatima Sana Sheikh rejecting the part. ‘Munna Michael’ debutante Nidhhi Agerwal has also been considered for the female role but no confirmation has come yet.
