Mumbai: It's been a while since the remake of Hollywood film 'The Fault In Our Stars' has been in news and now the remake is finally back on track with Sushant Singh Rajput on board to play the leading man in the Hindi remake of the hit film. The film will be helmed by casting director Mukesh Chhabra.
The names of Alia Bhatt, Jhanvi Kapoor were attached to this project but the female casting has not been yet confirmed.
If rumours are to be believed, Sushant, who is trying his best to ensure the big launchpad for Nupur Sanon, sister of his 'close friend' Kriti Sanon, is in talks with the makers to cast Nupur in the upcoming romantic film.
There were reports of Nupur being finalised for the film but the makers kept mum about it.
However, director Mukesh Chhabra denied this news. He told a leading gossip portal, "It is absolutely untrue. Sushant and I are both professionals who respect each other and would never interfere in or influence each other’s decisions in any way. These are only speculations. The casting is not yet finalised."
Meanwhile, Kriti Sanon's younger sister Nupur Sanon is a YouTube sensation and renowned singer on social media. She has crooned many cover songs of Bollywood movies which has made her popular.
