Akshay Kumar in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2?

Horror comedy seems like a new success formula for Bollywood, so perhaps a remake of the film that started it all, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, is the natural course of action.
The 2007 super hit film, which starred Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan and Shiny Ahuja, was a remake of the Malayalam horror film Manichitrathazu. And now, the sequel to the film will be shouldered by Kartik Aaryan.
A source close to the project further reveals, “The makers are planning to have Akshay Kumar for a special appearance for the sequel. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.”
Considering Akshay Kumar’s packed schedule, his presence in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 seems a little unsure, but it would be refreshing for the fans to get a glimpse of the superstar. Meanwhile, the leading lady for the film is yet to be locked down.
According to the sources, Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan are being considered for this film.
