Katrina Kaif has a small role in Thugs of Hindostan?
The actress is rumoured to make a brief appearance in this magnum opus.
Mumbai: Our hearts skipped a beat when Aamir Khan announced on micro-blogging site Twitter that Katrina Kaif is the third ‘thug’ of the gang in ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ that includes Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan and Fatima Sana Sheikh.
But, seems like, this happiness was meant to be short-lived.
A little birdie tells us that Kats’ role in the film is a little longer than what is called a cameo. The source said, “Katrina has a small role to play in the film. In fact, she will be seen in TOH only for a total of 10-20 minutes.”
Based on the story of four pirates- Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Katrina Kaif- the film is rumoured to be a leaf out of Hollywood’s cult franchise ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’.
That makes us wonder, was that a conscious decision to sideline her, in an attempt to make way for Fatima?
