Mumbai: Deepika Padukone is one of the most looked-up-to actresses of the modern times. Ask anybody and they would say they want to grow up and be like Deepika Padukone.

And why not? She has earned the status, and there’s a very strong upbringing behind that.

Deepika shared a poem, I Am, which she penned down in her 7th grade. The poem itself shows what kind of upbringing she went through, which helped her become the person she is today.

Sharing the post on Instagram, Dippy wrote, "My attempt at poetry in the 7th grade!" Here’s the poem:
