Bank of Baroda (BoB) announced through a notice that it will proceed with an e-auction of Sunny Deol's Juhu bungalow in Mumbai next month due to the actor's inability to repay a loan of Rs 56 crore.

According to the notice published in a newspaper, the bank intends to auction Sunny Villa, situated on Gandhi Gram Road, to recover the actor's outstanding debt of Rs 55.99 crore, including interest and costs incurred since December 26 of the previous year. This will be calculated after deducting any recovered amounts.

On this, Sunny Deol expressed, “There have been reports circulating about me signing multiple film projects. I want to clarify that at this moment, my sole focus is on Gadar 2, and I'm deeply appreciative of all your love and support. I haven't committed to any other film yet, but I will be sharing something special when the time is right. Until then, please continue showering your love on Tara Singh and Gadar 2.”

Meanwhile, according to a report from Pinkvilla, the script for Border 2 has been in preparation for the past few years, and discussions are ongoing with a major studio to back the project. A source was quoted by the portal, stating, "Border is one of Indian Cinema's most iconic blockbusters and undoubtedly deserves a sequel. The team has been contemplating the possibility of a Border sequel for the past 2 to 3 years, and now, everything has finally fallen into place. The team is all set to make an official announcement regarding Border 2 in a fortnight."

The report also mentioned loan details and highlighted Gadar 2 star Ajay Singh Deol, also known as Sunny Deol, along with Bobby Deol (real name Vijay Singh Deol), Dharmendra Singh Deol, and their company Sunny Sounds Pvt Ltd as guarantors and corporate guarantors for the loan. The property set to be auctioned is Sunny Villa, located on Gandhigram Road in Juhu.

Kamaal Rashid Khan (KRK) shared this news and humorously commented, “Definitely, I am going to buy it.” Meanwhile, Sunny Deol, who is currently basking in the success of Gadar 2, responded to the reports by expressing his readiness for the Border sequel. He took to Instagram to share a message, affirming that he hasn't committed to any other film yet.
