Going the Anushka way, Deepika ropes in Sabyasachi for wedding designs?

Mumbai: Anushka Sharma’s marriage in December last year made the whole year a memorable event.

She got married to cricketer Virat Kohli in a secret ceremony in Italy and held grand reception in Mumbai and Delhi.

Anushka’s bridal wear was designed by Sabyasachi Mukerhjee, who was responsible for everything from the engagement to the sangeet, wedding day and reception styling.

It looks like Anushka Sharma’s reported ex Ranveer Singh’s alleged to-be wife Deepika Padukone is following her footsteps as she is also reportedly opting for Sabyasachi wear for the special day.

A source told Filmfare, “Sabyasachi will be designing one of the outfits for Deepika’s wedding. One of the main attractions in the trousseau is going to be her wedding day lehenga.”

Interestingly, Deepika herself also picked Sabyasachi outfits as compared to Manish Malhotra outfits when asked to compare both on a chat show.
