This director's debut dreams come crashing down because of Parineeti?

The director is yet to recover from the losses he had to endure after Chopra backed out.

Mumbai: Bollywood is infamous for tricking starlets into believing that they can get away with anything. May be it this belief that acted as the primary reason behind  Parineeti Chopra saying ‘yes’ to a film, sitting on it for 5 long months and then backing out without any reason.

While we are happy that Pari has bagged the female lead role in the ‘Golmaal 4’, it comes as rather shocking that an actor of Parineeti’s stature would do something as damaging as this.

It so happened that the ‘Ishqzaade’ star said ‘yes’ to renowned choreographer  Bosco Martis’s debut film ‘Circus’ and opted out of it without an explanation. If that was not bad enough, she took good 5 months to change her mind.

Bosco, on the other hand, went ahead with his plans and tied up with a studio, who, after Parineeti backed out, also gave up on the project.

A well placed source informed DNA, “Parineeti has shown interest in many projects and then backed out of them. The reason for this is best known to her, but it has hurt some egos…She had signed Bosco Martis’s directorial debut, ‘Circus’, based on a father-daughter relationship with Suniel Shetty playing her father and Sooraj Pancholi, her love interest. Pari committed to the film and then walked out of it without an explanation. She then claimed that she was never on board and was only approached for the film, when fact is, she sat on the script for 5 months after giving her nod to it. Bosco even got a studio backing the project, but after Pari’s walkout they too got the jitters and opted out. A shattered Bosco is trying to pull himself together to make his debut film.”

We hope Bosco’s dream project takes off with someone who sticks to her words.
