Dhinchak Pooja rides with Salman, Akshay on her scooter, leaves Twitter in splits
The trio's act was one of the highlights of the season's grand finale and Twitteratti also had a field day.
Mumbai: Dhinchak Pooja might have earned views galore for her so-called cringe-worthy songs, but the true display of her popularity came through when she was brought on board as a contestant on the reality show ‘Bigg Boss.’
The ‘singer’ went one step ahead this time, not just sharing the stage with the host Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar at the grand finale, but even taking them on a ride on her ‘Dilo Ka Shooter’ scooter.
The two superstars sat behind her as she held the microphone and crooned the song ‘Dilo Ka Shooter’ while Akshay controlled the ‘scooter’.
Akshay even went on to call her music as ‘sangeet’, while Salman quipped, ‘Call it mausikii," and saying her voice was ‘in sur’.
Akshay wondered if the song got over as she repeatedly kept singing the hook lines, and he and Salman were in splits, when she said, "Itna hi hai song."
Twitter had a field day with the moment, with people calling her ‘nimbu mirchi’ to keep away the bad omens, ‘pain’, ‘unbearable’ and how bad singing can bring you on same platform with the biggest stars of the country.
