Mother’s love

Taking a break from his action-packed life, the Bhag Milkha Bhag actor, Farhan Akhtar posted a throwback picture, giving a sneak peek into his childhood days.

In the two picture series, the first one is a black photograph, showing the smiling faces of Farhan and Zoya Akhtar with their mother Honey Irani. The second picture clicked at a recent Diwali party, shows the same faces, decades older.

Probably short of words, Farhan captioned the photos with two hearts and tagged the two ladies.  The picture resonated with a few known faces from the film industry. Singer-composer Shankar Mahadevan commented, “What an amazing picture !!,” whereas upcoming actor Siddhanth Chaturvedi commented a heart emoji.
