Aishwarya Rai throws tantrums on the sets of Fanney Khan

Mumbai: After doing a glamorous role opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil last year, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is all set to sizzle the screens once again in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Fanney Khan. She will be seen reuniting with Anil Kapoor in this film which also stars Rajkumar Rao.

As sources informed, the actress plays a sexy singing sensation in this film and thus very particular about her overall look. Designer Manish Malhotra who has been roped in for to design the clothes is putting his best efforts to make the diva look amazing. However she wasn't impressed with the kind of clothes Manish had picked up for Aishwarya. Later to the surprise of director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and producer Prernaa Arora , Aishwarya cancelled her entire schedule of the movie due to displeasure over the costumes designed for her.

The source was quoted in an entertainment website saying, "The fact that she's playing a pop star along the line of Beyonce, her outfits have to portray that. Manish has been in Dubai and had a show in Kolkata so he was travelling all over. He was not completely ready with his outfits so then when we talked to production we told them we might as well do everything in one go rather than shoot in two breaks with clothes one is not satisfied with because they have been rushed. Production wise it made more sense so now Ash will begin her shoot for Fanney Khan from Diwali after she returns from Maldives."

This Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s upcoming film stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao in the lead roles. It is slated to release some time in 2018.
