Mumbai: Adore rains? Well, if you live in Mumbai or have ever visited the city during monsoon, you would find yourself shaking your head on that question as you imagine all the water logging, traffic and let’s not forget, the potholes you survived during the season or are surviving everyday currently.

Monsoon and Mumbai’s complicated connection goes way back. ‘Different year but same situation’ is something every Mumbaikar thinks of when he steps out to carry on with his/her life during this season.

As rain strikes the Economic Capital of India, citizens shake their heads through their bumpy ride and ignore the every-day glitch. It's not an easy task to reach from point A to B in the city as traffic is not the only thing one has to worry about but also the potholes that decorate Mumbai's busy streets.

However, Farhan Akhtar’s recent tweet easily sums up the city's current sever situation.

“M mb i is the Ec n mic Cap t l of Ind a. (Sorry about the potholes) #fedup #RIProads,” wrote Farhan.
