Avika Gor tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, Milind Chandwani, in 2025. The duo remains highly active on social media, frequently sharing glimpses of their life. Recently, a new vlog sparked speculation among fans after Milind made remarks about an "unexpected new beginning," leading many to wonder if Avika might be pregnant.

However, the actress has since shut down the rumors. Speaking to a leading tabloid, Avika refuted the claims, stating: "All these pregnancy rumors are completely false. There is nothing like that. Koi aur news hai. Kya hai, jaldi batayenge (There is some other news. What it is, we’ll tell you soon)."

Avika and Milind first met in 2020 through mutual friends in Hyderabad. They formed an immediate connection, and their friendship gradually evolved into a romantic relationship. The couple got engaged in June 2025 and later appeared together on the show Pati Patni Aur Panga.
