Akhanda 2 to Draw Big Openings Riding on Sympathy Factor

According to an exhibitor, the much-hyped Akhanda 2 is expected to register massive openings, especially after the unexpected one-week delay that left Nandamuri Balakrishna’s fans disappointed. “Nandamuri fans will throng theatres across the world, particularly in the Telugu states and North America,” he says, adding, “Balakrishna films have never faced such a situation. Fans are truly annoyed and will now support the film even more.”

Director Boyapati Sreenu’s devotionally charged entertainer has resolved all pending issues and is gearing up for a grand worldwide release on December 12, with premieres on December 11. Produced by Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta under the 14 Reels Plus banner and presented by M Tejaswini Nandamuri, the film promises a powerful theatrical experience.

Along with high-octane action sequences, the film explores strong emotional storytelling, particularly a heart-touching mother sentiment that forms the core of the narrative. Fans can also look forward to Balakrishna appearing in three distinct get-ups, adding excitement and surprise to the viewing experience. Music by S Thaman is expected to be another major highlight, elevating the film’s energy and scale.

Samyuktha plays the female lead, while Aadhi Pinisetty and Harshali Malhotra appear in important roles.
