Tamil actress Aishwarya Rajesh, who was recently seen in the Telugu film Sankranthiki Vasthunam and is known for her strong performances across Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi cinema, has shared a disturbing personal experience from her early days in the film industry.

In a recent interview, the actress opened up about facing harassment when she was very young and new to films. Aishwarya recalled visiting a studio along with her brother for what she believed was a professional opportunity. However, the photographer asked her brother to wait outside, leaving her alone with him.

She said the photographer then handed her lingerie and asked her to wear it, demanding to see her body while claiming it was part of the audition process. The incident left her frightened and confused, as she was too young at the time to fully understand how the industry functioned.

Aishwarya admitted that she almost believed the man, thinking such demands might be normal in the film world. She revealed that if the conversation had continued for a few more minutes, she might have even given in to his request. However, her instincts warned her that something was wrong.

Trusting her intuition, she told the photographer that she needed her brother’s permission before proceeding and immediately walked out. She never shared the incident with her brother later, but said the episode still haunts her, especially when she thinks about how many other young women might have been misled or exploited by the same person.
