Akshay and Nimrat surprise fans at 'Airlift' screening

Both Akshay and Nimrat visited a local theatre in Mumbai to get first hand audience reviews of their film 'Airlift'.

Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, the film also stars Inaamulhaq, Kumud Mishra, Prakash in leading roles.
Nimrat, who was last seen in 'Lunchbox', said that she was glad she got an opportunity to work with Aki, who has been on a roll at the box office with four successful films.
Some, including Akshay's son Aarav have gone on to say that this film was his best work till date.
The stars waled out of the theatre with big smiles across their faces after all the positive reviews.
After the credits of the film played out, Akshay and Nimrat took to the stage to thank the audience and their fans for coming out in large numbers to watch the film.
Theatre houses reportedly ran house full shows, all thanks to the Republic Day holiday.

'Airlift' has performed exceptionally well in first four days of its release and has already crossed the INR 50 crore mark.
The film that is based on a true story has gone on to become 2016's first blockbuster at the box office.
