A number of bodyguards escorted Salman to his white SUV and cleared the way for him to drive through.
The actor created quite a fan frenzy outside the venue, with hundreds of young fans running after him to take a picture.
The actor also hinted that he like to start a Being Human Body Building' competition that he hoped would be bigger and better than this.
At the event, Salman revealed that he was invited to this expo years ago, but didn't attend because he wasn't aware that it was held at such a professional level.
The expo included builders from all categories, some who were even physically challenged.
The actor, who was a body building enthusiast in his younger days, also picked his own winner and encouraged the others to try harder to achieve the winning size and shape.
He said, “You spend one or two hours in the gym. The body you build after that, is because of discipline and a strong mind. These bodies are built outside the gym. Think of how much time and effort went into it. Hats off dude!â€
When asked which part of his body he finds the hardest to build, Salman replied saying that such toned bodies weren't made in the gym.
Although he was the biggest celebrity at the expo, the actor told the audience that the wrestlers were the stars for the evening and that everyone should appreciate their hard work and efforts.
The humble actor went up on stage and thanked the audience on behalf of the organisers, for coming in such large numbers for the show.
Salman was seen in his signature casual look in a simple denim outfit.
The actor, who has been trying hard to build up muscle for his film, was given the honours of crowning the winner of the competition.
