Group I Exam Cancellation: HC to Hear TSPSC Plea Today

HYDERABAD: The Telangana High Court will hear on Tuesday, the TSPSC’s challenge to the single judge order cancelling the Group- 1 preliminary examination. The TSPSC on Monday had filed an appeal before a division bench.

Harender Pershad, special counsel for the government, requested the bench, comprising Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili and Justice Anil Kumar Jukanti, to hear the appeal. The bench said that it would hear the appeal on Tuesday.

Justice P. Madhavi Devi of the High Court had cancelled the examinations on the grounds that it had found several lapses and deficiencies in it.
