Helpline for Indian students to pursue medicine

VIJAYAWADA: The health ministry of Uzbekistan and TMA University has launched a toll-free helpline for Indian students who wish to pursue medical education in Uzbekistan. The helpline number is 1800-123-2931 and the official website is www.studyinuzbek.uz.

The helpline and website will provide students with information about the admission process, tuition fees, and living expenses in Uzbekistan. They will also be able to verify the authenticity of the information before making a decision.


TMA University is a 100-year-old university with a modern campus and state-of-the-art facilities. It is accredited globally and has strategic partnerships with universities in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and South Korea.

TMA offers a 6-year medical programme that is taught in English. Students who graduate from TMA are eligible to practice medicine in India.
