Chinese billionaire Jack Ma to give up control of Ant Group in key revamp

Jack Ma previously possessed more than 50% of voting rights at Ant but the changes will mean that his share falls to 6.2%

Kheyti was one of five start-ups to win the Earthshot Prize, which Prince William launched in 2020

The judge has also sought written responses from the company and its executives within 30 days, according to the summons

The departure of Ma, who retired as Alibaba’s chairman in September, comes as he pulls back from business roles to focus on philanthropy

Besides India, the medical supplies will be donated to Azerbaijan, Bhutan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Vietnam

The deal would be the sixth-biggest follow-on share sale ever.
