BRS MLAs Boycott Discussion on Bills, Stage Protest from Assembly to Gun Park

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLAs on Thursday decided to stay away from discussions on the bills in the Assembly. Alleging that the Speaker was acting in a biased manner, BRS members raised slogans inside the House.

The MLAs staged a protest near the legislators’ entrance of the Assembly and later announced that they would hold a demonstration at Gun Park. Following this, the BRS MLAs marched from the Assembly premises towards Gun Park as part of their protest.
