UP Man Booked for Objectionable Post on Operation... ... India Returns To New Normal

A man identified as Vikky Khan, alias Sahil Khan, has been booked in Uttar Pradesh’s Kasganj for allegedly posting a provocative video on Facebook with insulting remarks against Operation Sindoor and the BJP, police said on Sunday. The complaint, filed by Sub-Inspector Karam Veer Singh, states that the post attempted to harm national unity. A case has been registered under Section 197 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the IT Act. Police said technical evidence has been collected and efforts are on to arrest the accused.
