The Meteorological Center Jaipur on Tuesday forecast thunderstorms and light to moderate rain in parts of Jodhpur, Bikaner, Udaipur, Kota, and Jaipur divisions between May 27 and 29, while predicting a rise in maximum temperatures by 2–3°C across most of Rajasthan. Border areas of western Rajasthan may see heatwave conditions with temperatures touching 44–46°C. Light rainfall was recorded in some areas in the last 24 hours, with Kushalgarh in Banswara receiving the highest at 20 mm.
