Vaishnav Shetty, Elevated as Deputy Managing Director at Allcargo Global
As the son of founder Shashi Kiran Shetty, Vaishnav Shetty joins the Board of Directors, reinforcing the family's legacy in the logistics industry.
Pune: Allcargo Global, the international supply chain arm of the Allcargo Group, has elevated Vaishnav Shetty as its Deputy Managing Director, with immediate effect.
His elevation comes at a time when the Group’s International Supply Chain business has been demerged into Allcargo Global, which is proposed to be listed, enabling sharper strategic focus and greater operational agility.
Shetty has also been inducted into the Board of Directors of Allcargo Global. This company represents the largest business of Allcargo Group, contributing 80 per cent of its annual revenue.
The new Deputy MD is the son of Allcargo Group founder-chairman Shashi Kiran Shetty, and he will work closely with Adarsh Hegde, Managing Director, Allcargo Global.
His elevation underscores the Group’s structured approach to succession planning and building a digital-first and future-ready organization.
Shetty’s appointment reflects its commitment to build a strong leadership framework capable of driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation in an increasingly competitive global logistics environment, the company’s founder-chairman said.
