Haryana-based stainless steel bottle and allied drinkware products manufacturer Maharaja & Speedex India announced an Rs 80.13 crore SME initial public offering.

Mumbai: Haryana-based stainless steel bottle and allied drinkware products manufacturer Maharaja & Speedex India announced an Rs 80.13 crore SME initial public offering (IPO), which will open on September 10.

The company owns one of the largest steel bottle manufacturing facilities, with a capacity of 63 lakh bottles, in Sonipat, Haryana. It plans to increase the capacity by 50 per cent through capital expansion funded partly by the IPO proceeds.

Currently, the company markets its own branded steel bottles, Speedex and Dewdrop, and also supplies products as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to nearly 50 steel bottle companies. It generated revenue of Rs 123 crore in FY 2025-26.

The price band for the SME IPO, which will be listed on the BSE SME platform, has been fixed at Rs 177 to Rs 186 per share, with a face value of Rs 10 per share.

Maharaja & Speedex India's SME IPO comprises a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

The company will use Rs 24 crore of the IPO proceeds to repay borrowings and will also fund capital expenditure towards the purchase of plant and machinery at its existing manufacturing facility in Sonipat, Haryana.
