Gurugram: As Indian businesses continue to invest in digital transformation, many mid-sized companies are finding it difficult to manage the growing number of software tools used across operations. Addressing this challenge, Gurugram-based technology company WeAddo has launched a Unified Experience Platform designed for sectors such as healthcare, education, B2B enterprises, and omnichannel retail.

The company describes the platform as a Digital Experience Platform-as-a-Service (DX PaaS) that combines customer experience, automation, data management, artificial intelligence, and system integration into a single operating framework.
Over the past decade, many organisations have adopted multiple software solutions for customer management, analytics, content management, feedback collection, and business operations. However, integrating these systems has often proved difficult, leading to higher operational costs and fragmented workflows.
According to WeAddo, this issue is particularly visible among mid-sized enterprises, which frequently rely on several disconnected tools that require ongoing maintenance and integration support.
The newly launched platform allows organisations to begin with a specific module based on their immediate business needs and expand gradually over time. Since all modules operate on a common architecture, businesses can avoid the need for multiple future integrations.
The company initially developed and tested the platform within the healthcare sector, where it supports hospital workflows, patient engagement processes, and integration with healthcare information systems. The model has already been implemented at institutions including Baby Memorial Hospital. Following its healthcare deployment, the platform has been expanded for use in education, business operations, and consumer-focused industries.
Speaking about the launch, WeAddo Co-Founder Sanchit Babbar said many organisations have invested heavily in software but continue to struggle with disconnected systems. He noted that businesses often require industry-specific solutions rather than generic platforms that must be extensively customised after deployment.
Babbar also pointed out that the growing adoption of artificial intelligence could create additional challenges if companies attempt to build AI capabilities on top of fragmented technology infrastructure.
The company estimates that operational inefficiencies caused by disconnected systems can result in significant revenue leakage, particularly in areas such as customer retention, service delivery, operational management, and business intelligence. In the healthcare sector, WeAddo's internal analysis suggests that these inefficiencies can represent substantial untapped value for mid-sized hospitals.
Co-Founder Protik Basu said many businesses prefer solving immediate operational problems before committing to large-scale digital transformation projects. As a result, the platform has been designed to allow phased adoption, enabling organisations to implement solutions incrementally.
In addition to the technology platform, WeAddo also provides system integration services to help organisations deploy and manage the platform. The company's AI and analytics capabilities are supported through infrastructure developed as part of its participation in the NVIDIA Inception Program.
