Montra Electric opens first e-SCV dealership in Hyderabad
Murugappa Group arm expands EV footprint with flagship EViator for cargo and logistics.
Montra Electric, the clean mobility arm of the Murugappa Group, has launched its first exclusive electric Small Commercial Vehicle (e-SCV) dealership in Hyderabad, marking a key milestone in its national expansion. The facility, operated by Sriram Harsha, will cater to the city’s growing logistics and small business sector with the brand’s flagship e-SCV, the EViator.
Speaking at the inauguration, TI Clean Mobility executives highlighted Telangana’s role as a strategic EV market and logistics hub. The company reaffirmed its focus on building a strong EV ecosystem through advanced products, after-sales support, and reliable dealership partnerships.
With features such as a certified range of 245 km, real-world performance of 170+ km, and intelligent telematics for over 95% uptime, the EViator is positioned as a future-ready solution for intercity and urban cargo movement. Montra Electric also underscored its commitment to customer assurance with a 7-year or 2.5 lakh km extended warranty.
The Hyderabad launch adds to Montra Electric’s expanding dealership and service network across India, strengthening its presence in the commercial EV space.
