Maldives team in town to explore opportunities with women entrepreneurs

HYDERABAD: A nine-member team of Addu City Women Development Committee (WDC) of the Maldives and representatives of the Maldives ministry of economic development ministry interacted with women entrepreneurs here to explore bilateral business opportunities, at an event organised by FTCCI’s women empowerment committee on Thursday.

The women's delegation was led by Neeza Imad, Maldives state minister for economic development; Mariyam Nazima, her deputy; Aneel Mufeed, senior executive director and Nusrat Rasheed, president of the women development committee.

They met FTCCI president Anil Agarwal, Meela Jayadeve, senior vice-president, Suresh Kumar Singhal, VP, Bhagawati Devi Daldwa, chairperson of the women empowerment committee, FTCCI; Khyati Naravane, CEO, and T. Sujatha, her deputy.
