Mumbai: Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks, an industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator, has announced an initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 2,600 crore, with a price band of Rs 57 to Rs 60 per equity share of Rs 10 face value.

The public issue is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares. The issue will open on August 17 and close on August 19, 2026.

The company owns 45 assets across 10 cities spread across six states, with 61.1 million square feet of industrial space.

Horizon operates fulfilment centres for bulk storage, industrial facilities designed to support assembly and light manufacturing, and multi-use in-city centres located around dense residential clusters.

The company has a diversified base of 118 customers across the e-commerce, retail, FMCG, automotive, EV and renewable energy sectors. It also has a land bank of 2,293 acres for future development.

The net proceeds of Rs 2,250 crore from the public issue will be used to repay debt, with the remaining amount allocated for general corporate purposes.

Company officials said the debt repayment from the IPO proceeds will reduce Horizon's total outstanding debt by more than 66 per cent.

The company had earlier raised Rs 1,650 crore in December 2025 from institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals before filing its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
