Mumbai: Aadhaar, a 10-digit unique identity given to every Indian, is not any other ID card. Unlike PAN card or election card, Aadhaar captures biometric of its holder and flashes them whenever is required for welfare schemes. This video explains why Aadhaar has been made mandatory:
