Sundaram opens feeder FoF of Global Advantage Fund

The current asset under management of Sundaram Global Brand Fund is $11 million.

Mumbai: Sundaram Mutual Fund announced opening of Sundaram Global Brand Fund from Nov. 21 by repositioning existing Sundaram Global Advantage Fund.

 “This is a Fund of Fund scheme, which will invest as a Feeder Fund into the Sundaram Global Brand Fund, Singapore, launched and managed since June 2015 by Sundaram Asset Management Singapore, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Sundaram Asset Manage-ment Company,” Sundaram Mutual said while announcing the new fund.

The current asset under management of Sundaram Global Brand Fund is $11 million.

Sundaram Global Brand Fund, Singapore has a 30-stock portfolio and the current top 10 holdings are Apple, Amazon, McDonalds, Walt Disney, Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Alphabet, IBM and Toyota Motor Corp.

Commenting on the re-branded fund, Sunil Subramaniam, MD, Sundaram Mutual said, “The fund invests in leading global brands that we use every day, companies characterised by strong financials and solid business models that have stood the test of time...the fund is an opportunity for investors to benefit from their growth.”
